Etiquette Guidelines

To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we ask members to adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Proper workout attire must be worn, including shorts, tops, warm-ups, etc.
  2. Closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times in the Fitness Center.
  3. Food or drinks are not allowed in the Fitness Center except for water bottles with closed lids.
  4. Please store your athletic bags and items in the locker rooms.
  5. Children ages 13 and up are welcome in fitness areas. They must, however, have proper supervision and receive Teen Training certification from the Club (see Just 4 Kids).

Be thoughtful of others:

  1. Cellular phone use is welcome in outdoor and lobby areas only. Please refrain from using your phone in the Fitness Center.
  2. Respect the 30-minute guideline for using cardio equipment when other members are waiting.
  3. Please wipe off all equipment after use. Place towels in the receptacles provided.
  4. Return all equipment to its proper place. Re-rack weights and dumbbells appropriately.
  5. Please allow others to "work in" between sets. Do not monopolize the equipment.
