Group Exercise

Experience smart, progressive classes taught by some of the most talented instructors in the Bay Area. At Courtside, you can choose from over 80 classes each week. Our dynamic staff and superb facilities -- including 2 group exercise studios, a cycling studio and Aquatics Center -- make exercising a joy!
