Our director of Fitness Operations can help pair you with a trainer that complements your personality and specializes in your unique goals. Just send an e-mail to pft@courtsideclub.com.
You can choose to work privately with a Courtside Club trainer, or in a small group. Either way, your trainer will develop a workout regimen that is tailored specifically to you.
