Make an Appointment
To schedule your spa treatment, call the Spa Desk at (408) 395-6166. We warmly welcome Courtside Club members and the general public.
We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible so that we may accommodate your specific requests. Please make sure our receptionist is aware of any special health considerations, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, skin allergies or other physical limitations. Pregnant women and individuals with high blood pressure or heart conditions should consult a physician before having any treatment.
Be Our Guest
Every Sanctuary Spa treatment includes access to our locker room amenities, including the sauna, steam room and showers. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy these extras more fully -- and to enhance the benefits of your spa treatment.
What to Bring
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing that can be placed in a locker. For pedicure services, remember to bring open-toed shoes. When you check in, we'll give you a comfy robe and a card to access a private locker. We also provide personal items, such as fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion.
Cancellation Policy
The services you select are reserved exclusively for you. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, you will be billed 50% of the service fee.
